Your new headstock will be:
1. Mineral filled with our proprietary
vibration dampening matrix. (no gears in the
headstock, you can adapt your own motor or use
our motor sets)
2. Preloaded (shrink fit) with quality ABEC-
5 deep groove bearings for better precision and
speed capacity ...OR... optionally very high
speed high load high precision ABEC-7 Sealed
Angular Contact Bearings.
3. After the spindle is loaded into the
headstock, we precision grind the collet mating
surfaces for ultimate precision. Expect
=>.0002” TIR.
Because of demand, we are about 4 weeks
out on these headstocks. So, be prepared for it.
Rush orders are possible, be will be at a
premium.
